Cant remember what it is called but it is somethhing like nhp.rph.anyway after doctor does something to brain.the mans feet no longer feel like they are glued to the floor, and he can walk almost normal again. these problems and symptons. Help finding this would be appreciated
Answers:
NPH is normal pressure hydrocephalus.a condition of the elderly that causes them to have cognition and walking difficulty. It is caused by the build up of the cerebral fluid pressure in the brain ventricles. Draining the ventricles with a shunt improves the condition. Hope that helps.

This sounds like some sort of gait apraxia that has been associated with Alzheimer's' disease, stroke, and muscular dystrophy to name a few.
There is also gait apraxia related to brain lesions.
There are different types of gait apraxia and one is described as the inability to start walking, the feet seem glued to the floor. This instance was found in a search for "gait apraxia".
