At what age can you start going through menapause?

I was having a cycle 3 times a month for six months and then they stopped for three months and i had a normal one and know its been three months again and i have not started.

Anywhere from 45-55 is normal, but in some rare cases it can start as early as the mid thirties. You should check with your OB to be sure it isn't stress, diet, excersise, or weight related.
