What do I need to have in order to open my own Clinic/Health Practice?

That's really gonna' depend on the regulatory bodies in your area. If you're in the US, call your state's Department of Health. They should be able to point you in the right direction. Other than that, I'm not sure exactly what to tell you. Mine is a consulting practice so I'm working with basically a corporate office type of setting.
