How could I remove a big whitehead without leaving a deep scar on my face?

4. Wrap your index fingers with toilet paper (this makes sure u dont get further bacteria on your skin) and quickly start squeezing the whitehead out.

6. I usually use surgical spirits and put it on my spot to dry it out. But you can also use tea-tree oil or something like that.

DONT USE A NEEDLE!! even if it is sterile! u'll just end up irritating ur skin and hurting it!

i agree with the previous answerer, hot water helps. Sometimes I have tried to remove the whitehead by sticking a needle in it, but then they sometimes get worse- if you can hold of a sterile needle then go ahead and try, after a hot bath.

If it is a white head and not a black head. The difference is that is black head turns black because the pore is open and it gets oxygenated, which eventually makes it turn black. A white head, is white because the pore it not open. Taking a hot bath and squeezing it just won´t due. Yes, you must clean the skin, use vapor, exfoliate, to remove dead skin from that area. And, then use a needle that is sterile to puncture the skin. The needle should puncture the skin horizontally. After wards squeeze. You may have to do this for several days before removing the white head, depending on the depth of your skin. If it is just a black head, do everything stated except for puncturing the skin as the pore is already open.
