well,first i have to ask u if u dont sleep well but if u do and its a problem for a long long time ,be sure u dont have any anemia and if it doesnt the cuz u can use zinc tablet and have a good nutrition.if u are a smoker try to make less ,.in medcine there is no exactly way to get rid of it then u can use some make up lines to cover it :)

ok, hope you can understand this,.. try massaging your under eye area, from centre, below tear duct, to outer, to temple area, little tiny circles, with your 4th finger, press gently and little circles till you reach temple area, do it when you wake up, before getting out of bed, after plenty of sleep, at least 6 hours un-interrupted.better still 8 hours, then after you go to bed at night, but before sleep - of course. also try having half a lemon in warm water when you first get up, but continue with massages as well - be sure to post how you go with this routine. good luck
