long-term effects of cracking joints??
Question:
i have a bad habit of cracking my joints like neak, knuckles, shoulder and toes..will this result in any long-term effects?
Answers:
Arthritis, because every time you crack a joint, you're bursting out the liquid between the joints that keep the bones from rubbing against each other.
Other Answers:
It can weaken your joints but won't lead to arthritis. The sound is caused by air--not fluid. So crack away. Just not in front of me. ;-)
There are no long term effects- it's completely harmless!
