micro dermabrasion works. research it on google. it's like a little sand blaster working away the marks as you sit there and i hear it's fairly painless.

Use a product called Strivectin SD. It was originally developed for getting rid of stretch marks, but it is widely used for eliminating wrinkles too. It's amazing though. But it's fairly pricey. I think a tube costs around $135, but it is worth every dollar! I use it on my face religiously.
