try this exercise-- burn ur abs!!?
Question:
ok, sit on the ground
put your arms behind you on the ground
your legs should be infront of u bent, like your doing crunches
lean back, round your back
now bring your knees up to your chest
feel the burn!
now, bring them back down but DON'T touch the ground
bring them up and down again!
do not let your feet touch the ground at all during this exercise!
man, after a few hundred of these, you won't be able to move!
try doing 50. you'll get tired.
this exercise works your abs.
i did 800, and i needed help getting up off the ground.
if you do alot of these at once, the bones start to flex and you'll have abs in no time! (if you do 2 hours of cardio also)
