I have a really bad allergic skin. It is really red , swollen, very thin and peeling skin.?

I don't use any makeup at all. My skin now is really tender even I wash with water. How should I take care my skin now under these condition? I need help desperately, please? Thanks for your opinions.

I had the same condition and was tested for parasites and was found to have contracted RINGWORM you get it by being rundown or stressed.take antibiotics for cure.
