On your belly. Really, anywhere you can be sure the person is qualified & the needle is sterile! Don't be shy, ask & be sure.

I would think the best place to get one done is at a well know tattoo place. Especially where they sterilize their instruments is always a plus.

If you have friends that have had it done.. ask them who is the best place/person to have it done by.

Are you asking where about on the body or where to go to get it done? I have mine done twice one going horizontal and the other going vertical and neither hurt too bad! But then again I have five.
