I've heard that once you get your nose pierced, you lose a little of your smelling sensibility. Is that true?
Question:
I have three earrings in each ear lob and a cartiledge piercing and I realized I lost a little of my hearing perception.

No
The sense of smell comes from a patch on the roof of the nasal cavity about 3 inches above and behind the nostrils.
