I woke up today with a lot of red bumps on the side of my stomach, they are individual and red with a white?

tip, and by some you can see my veins, what do you think this could be?They hurt and when I took a shower the water hurt real bad.

Could be spider bites, flea bites, chicken pox (if you haven't had them already.) I had a bunch of flea bites on me (my dog brought them in) and they did hurt when I took a shower, they started on my side and after one night I had them on my back, legs, stomache and chest.

Have you ever had chicken pox? It kind of sounds like that

either a bite,a skin condition,or you put some chemicals on your skin that u are sensitive to!
