Everyday, but only until you can't lift properly should you go on. If one day you're tired from the last, you should stop and forget about it.

At most, every other day. Anything more than that will cause a decrease in the production of growth hormone and testosterone. Always limit your workouts to 45 mins to an hour at most, for after an hour your cortisol levels will be elevate to the point where your actually doing your body more harm than good.
