what medication should a patient be taking after quadruple-bypas. surgery?

I was tablet controlled diabetic before the bypass, Was put on insulin during my stay at the hospital and Iam still on insulin, but as regards to what medication should I be on to improve the blood pressure,cholestrol. Diet is high fibre and low fat. Also can I come off insulin and back onto the tablets for diabetice.

usually when you go on insulin, you stay on insulin. i would recommend talking to your doctor about this.
