My age is 50 years old. What is ideal Blood pressure for my age without taking any medicine.?

In general it is best for anyone regardless of age group to maintain thier blood pressure between systolic of 120 and a dystolic of 80 mmHg. This is ideal but after 20 a general formula is 100 + age gives you and target to maintain the blood pressure which is acceptable as normal. 50 years old so 150 systolic is normal. Hope I helped.

Higher 120-150
