Are urine enemas really good for you ?

I have just had one tonight from my wife as she said it would be the best way to detox my system .I have never done this before and think it is a bit strange have you recieved this before or recomended it ?

Ask your wife exactly what "toxins" you're supposed to be removing. And then ask her what's so magical about urine. "Toxins" means nothing--it's just a buzzword used to scare people into buying products and services they don't need.

With friends like your wife who needs enemas?

think about this, how can urine detox your system if urine is the waste product of things that your body doesn't need. you'd be better off with a coffee enema, then at least you'd get some caffeine. do some more research before doing any more enemas.
