If you're talking pre-erection, then this is perfectly normal.

If you're talking about when you're erect, then while that would be on the small side, it's certainly not abnormal enough that you should be worried about it.

size really doesn't matter so don't listen to what other people tell you. At 14 your still growing! My last boyfriend had a penis about 2 inches and I was VERY happy with it.

is it 2 inches normally? cuz when you are hard it is larger. But at your age i wouldn't worry about it yet.

Is that when its hard? If it is, then its a bit small mate.

As far as size and when you will start and stop growing, that will depend upon the laws of nature.

But penis size, where some do relate that do levels of joy (That is Hollywood), It have very little to do with sex and love which should be measured instead.
