wow I would never pay someone to tell me what to eat. just eat a good balanced meal, no snacks, and work out. it will work better and not cost you a billion bucks.

Sometimes you have to look for something with some stability to make sure that you can have some too (that's for all the people who can just be skinny without having to do anything or join and weight loss programs.darn all of you :P ) Back to your question.I haven't heard of that one before. I signed up for the Denise Austin Fit Forever program and I like that one. I will take a look and see what I can find out about that one for you. Let me know if you have any other questions!
