I'm 6 foot 7, 295 pounds, 25 years old i wanna get down to around 225-230 pounds, whats the right amount of calories for me to eat in one day to lose the weight? (i walk about a mile a day too)

To lose weight, you have to consume fewer calories than you burn off. A good way to do that is to eat around 1500 calories a day, and work out on a regular basis (walking is a good one, but you should also try going to a gym for half an hour three or four times a week). Good luck!
2000 calories is the GDA (guideline daily amount) for women.

It depends on how much you eat cos if your metabolism is fast and you're tall you and you're eating eg 3500 cals/ day then cutting back to 2500 with regular exercise will mean you'll lose about 2-4 lbs a week. Good luck chuck
