how can i get rid of little red flat moles on my skin.looking for home remedies to try and get rid of them.?

i've been told that they might be liver spots.but my liver is ok. they are all little and flat, not scaly and are not raised, and perfectly round. if anyone has any answers to help me find a way to get rid of them, please let me know. i prefere home remedies, if anyone knows of any. is something lacking in my system? thanks again everyone.
