how to treat chronic sleep disorder?
Question:
Answers:
Get a good solid workout into your day, but not close to when you would want to sleep (you might get really hyper). Get plenty of water and sunshine. Also, try some valerian root, or chamomile tea, and finally something called "melatonin".
I suffered from this my entire life until I implemented the above suggestions. Good luck and sleep tight!
Other Answers:
I am going through this right now. I had to go through a series of sleep studies, but be prepared for how much it costs! I have spent close to $3,000 on the tests. You will then need to see a neurologist. That is about all I can tell you up to this point. I have my neurologist appt on the 13th of March. Good luck!
