It's really not safe to do on your own, but hey, you're an adult. I have to have my husband's help to pop mine.usually I lie on the bed on one side and have him pull my hip toward him while he's pushing my shoulder in the opposite direction - a quick movement like this will pop your back. Alternately, I stand in front of him (my back to his front) with my arms across my chest and have him pick me up from behind just beneath my arms and hold for a few seconds, which works about the same.
sit in your seat and make sure that you wont spin around. ok now take your shoulders and your upper back and spin around. not fast but just slowly. dont turn too far just until it stops popping. and make sure that your butt doesnt move or it will not work right
