No natural cures for getting hair back. Unless you were taking Steroids or chemotherapy, most hair will return when you stop a medication that caused hairloss.

i have heard this (and am trying it being 35 and getting a receeding hairline) bend your fingers inward and rub your fingernails together back and forth. for 15 min a day.
