does the aloe plants leaf grow back after it is cut?

i got one and need to no that and is that the only way to get the gel out of it is to cut it

The leaf will not grow back, but with proper care, new leaves will continue to grow.

yep.you have to cut the leaf off and squeeze out the gel, great for burns. the bigger leaves have the best stuff so use them first.
Yes it will grow back as long as you don't tear the plant down. You would need to cut it. I suppose it is possible to boil it so all you have is a concentrate but I'm not sure how that would react.
