Keep your mouth from gathering excess saliva. So swallow often. Don't chew stuff as you talk. Control your lips. So don't smile too hard as you talk.
Go through the alphabet in the mirror, says the letter slowly and watch your tongue and postion of your mouth and see which sounds spray the most saliva, or have the most potential to spray saliva. And play with the position of your mouth to see if there is a way you can change the position of your mouth to prevent it.
