go to your doctor. plain and simple, he will most likely recommend an assisted living facility or home health care if youre that far along. you will be put on oxygen, and basically told "wait for your turn to die"

Don't smoke, or if you have to, make sure it's very little. Don't burn candles or do anything else that will pollute the air you're breathing. Take lukewarm showers instead of steaming hot. If you can get your doctor to put you on anti anxiety meds, it is a good idea, since most ppl who have a hard time breathing also get nervous very easily, which makes it harder to breathe.
