Do it the same time as you normally do. I flew from Sydney to LA and I took the pill at the same time I normally do - about 10pm.

You have a 24 hour leeway period for your pill, so it's best just to keep in your routine rather than mess around with timezones. Although, if you're worried, use other methods of contraception for a couple of weeks. But it wasn't a problem with me
