Boy there is alot of beliefs out there but no facts. The fact is we need some fats, It wont take a long time to lose weight. Most people have gradually gained there weight for years. You are asking for a easy way to lose weight. I lost 35 pounds in two months and I have tried lots of things. I have stuck to this plan because it is easy. To lose weight I drank two shakes a day and I ate one meal of my choice and I also made sure that to take my vitamines three times a day with my meals. That was to lose the weight. After I lost my weight I drank one shake a day and ate two meals. It is the easies thing out there and it works. It is more convenient then fast food and cheaper. It is defiantly healthier.
