Try a hair removal product called "Neet", "Nair" works pretty good too. It takes the hair for almost a month. It's not a permanent solution, you have to keep doing it, but the results are wonderful!

To be honest im not sure you can. I dont think even lazer gets rid of hair forever.

Try waxing it - lasts a while and is inexpensive compared to some other treatments. Unfortunately, without knowing where hair is that you want to remove, its hard to suggest what to do, LOL

Try to contract Alopecia.. too bad you cant catch it from someone.
