marks from lifting weights?

i have been lifting at the gym for the past 2 weeks, and have gotten some marks on my arms and shoulders. They look like stretch marks but are under the skin and look more like burst blood vessels. Does anyone know what these are and how to prevent them?

They are burst blood vessels. The best way to prevent them is to keep lifting. Your body is adjusting to this new activity. Soon you body will be used to lifting weights, and you won't have any more burst blood vessels. In fact, you'll look great!

Spider veins? Are you insane? They are burst blood vessels. They will wear off. Take plenty of protein in.
Also take multivitamins and drink enough water. Don't worry about it.
They are broken blood vessels. When you train hard and lots of bloods gets to your muscles it happens. They'll heal up an go away in a few days. Nothing to worry about.
