Do cardio like a madman, do lower weights/higher reps on your workouts, cut your water intake, take diuretics (it'll flush the water out of your system). Cut back on salty foods, no creatine, that's all i can think of at the moment.
Its not too healthy, but its probably the quickest way to get results.
