"Excise" means "cut out" and that's not going to extend the length of anything. Neither is exercise. But you won't believe me so go ahead and waste your money. There are surgical procedures which will remove the fatty pad over the pelvic bone giving an illusion of length and it's possible to cut through structures holding the penis in place, allowing it to drop down a little. Big deal. You will still be the same guy, worrying about the size of his dick.

no, but u can do this by taking penis enlargement pills which Doc. says is a good proven method( can I ask way u need this)?

No, the penis is not a muscle like your biceps, its an organ. Surgery works, pumps will give a temporary increase, but both methods are dangerous. Pills are a scam.
