I work in a pharmacy and when someone in your situation needs meds we will call your old doctor and get the okay to fill your meds for 1 more month until you can get in to see your new local doctor. So you could try that, and if that doesn't work talk to your pharmacict and see what they recommend. Most of the time they will work with you and help you to get your meds.
