sensible diet?

Question:

I have been to a dietican and they just expect you to change your food ideas wheather you can tolerate the suggested foods or not. I get very angry with them they never understand my problem. The dietican whan I was in hospital having my operation wasnt happy with me for sending food back that I couldnt tolerate and wouldnt listen to my problems. I dont feel a dietican is the answer. more help please

Yea. My doctor sent me to see a dietician a few years ago and I'm an extremely picky eater. Can't say that seeing a dietician did any good. I'm not even going to consider eating that crap they suggested.

I've been on a diet for quite sometime now. I call it the Psychological Diet. I have lost quite a bit of weight and haven't had to change what I eat at all. Email me and I'll tell you the details.
