Mini Pill. Progestron Only.?
Question:
My Dr changed my pill 2 months ago to the mini pill from the normal pill. I was told that this would stop my periods. In the 2 mths I have had 2 periods lasting 2 weeks each. Is this normal? Will they stop? Its driving me mad already.
Answers:
I've taken straight progesterone (spelling) before and I bled the whole time through; finally went back to the normal pill. Plus pills with that hormone only aren't as effective in stopping pregnancy, only injections or an IUD are really safe if you're going that route, and even then accidents happen.
