Any info on this protein supplement?

I'm a vegetarian and I'm looking to get more protein to help fuel my work outs and boost my metabolism. I was looking for something low fat/ low calorie and came across this:

Has anyone heard anything about it? I don't want to bulk up but I would like to drop 5 pounds, tone up and add some protein nutrients to my diet.

There are many Protein supplements which are OK for vegetarians it's a bit of trial and error. I was Veggie for five years and had a heavy training programme for Martial Arts tournaments. I'm sure you're aware you need to take a GOOD multi-vitamin supplement. If you ask at any good Health shop they'll give the advice you need.
You'll only bulk up if you train for it, plus your body will only absorb the amount of protein it needs, the rest will pass through the body naturally. A very good book is 'THE POWERFOOD NUTRITION PLAN' by Susan M. Kleiner. It covers all sorts of diets for training, including vegetarian. It's a bit expensive so borrow it from the library, or steal it from the library even. (It's quite a large book). Good luck with your training and have fun.
