Question:

is there a such thing as lip reducer?
something to make my lips smaller! I dont get why there is an ABUNDANCE of lip plumpers but nothing to make lips smaller.
dont they believe people with fuller lips would like a product for them as well.
well if you know anything, please say something.
I dont want to have to make a decison to get lip surgery if I can find an alternative.

The cheapest way is to learn how to use lipstick. You can reduce the apparent thickness of your lips if you know how to do it. If you look at magazine pictures carefully, you'd see how the models use lipstick to shape the look of their lips.

there are plastic surgery to reduce your lips or change the shape of it. but no such thing as injection to reduce the lips..you are taking out not adding on..

Big lips, small lips, wide lips, thin lips. All are beautiful. No surgery necessary! :)
