I know it isnt a yeast infection because I was just treated. Is this an std or urinary infection or normal?

It is normal. I don't think you need to hold your urine in because you will be more prone to a urinary infection. If all else fails, try drinking cranberry juice for a couple days and see if it goes away. If it doesn't then you may have something else going on.

This discharge is probably not coming out of your urethra (wee hole) otherwise there would most likely be some pain involved.
Its probably coming out of your vagina. This is normal.
