how can i train shoulders with a resistance band?

i`m training with weights, my whole body is responding quite well, exept my shoulders :/ i do the basic exercises for them. so i wonder, maybe resistence bands can help me bring out my shoulders with?
Answers:
This depends on the flexibility of the bands. You can put your hands behind your back with the band encircled, and then lift your arms up. If they're stretchy, you can stand on the bands, and then, from a standing position, lift your arms over your head, and then hold.
