I tend to read a lot and a while ago my eyes were getting watery for 2 days n then it stopped what could it mean??

It could be an allergy. Does it only happen when you read? If so, you may need reading glasses. It doesn't sound like anything too serious, but make an appointment with your eye doctor to find out what the cause is.
