well i think it will but people say it is impossible to sneeze with your eyes open but my teacher told me that his mom a school principal had a student who did that once in the shower i m not sure but that would be scary

no it is not possible to do that anyways when you sneeze its an automatic reflex to shut your eyes just like breathing, they do that to protect them from flying boogers.
