How to work out your back becuase i want to get rid of the back rollz errr?

Hold onto something (couch, sofa legs..)
Lift your straight legs as high as you can.
Repeat until you feel as if someone beat you all over the backside.
Do similar excercise laying on your sides. As many as you can.

Working out your back will not get rid of back fat. What you need to do is cardio. This will get rid of fat all over your body. It is not possible to target fat loss in one area.
