What else should I use? I read up on supplements such as anti-estrogen and HMB. What do you think of these? I exercise regularly (swimming, basketball) and workout when I have time. I'm slim right now. And I wish to look like an Ian Thorpe. Olympic swimmer's bodies is what I'm striving for.

arnt swimmers thin, im 5'8, 190lbs and take nitro tech and cell tech i work out maybe 3 times a week, it seem you might be thin already just might need to tone up and get a lil leaner.
