I finally got tired of "Feeling tough" those 3 days and found a doctor who does bio-identical hormones.

We did a saliva test and found that my estrogen and progesterone were low and out of balance. He formulated a cream especially for me that I use as prescribed and my cramps are mere twinges now. My pms symptoms are almost gone. I'm regular and my family isn't afraid of me anymore.

When our hormones are low or out of balance, it causes all sorts of problems. Synthetic hormones are a big cause of it these days. (IE--birth control pill, patches, shots, etc.)

These synthetic hormones block our natural hormone receptors and turn them off. We have forgotten that we need these hormones to survive.

So, there you have 2 causes. Naturally out of balance/low hormones, or medically induced out of balance/low hormones.

You can still use birth control pills but you need those natural hormones replaced in your body.

During menstration hormonal activity can cause mood swings,depression and fatigue,the loss of blood can make women feel weak,sometimes menstral cramps show up as well which is very painful.Laying down with a heating pad,and journaling out feelings is very helpful.If you have some women in your life,being more understanding during that time of the month can be very helpful.
