I would suggest that you also do a food allergy test routine

You pick one food and eliminate it from your diet for a week. If things get better that week, you've probably got a food allergy to that food.
Repeat as needed.

And some foods you should do together as they are very similar - garlic and onions (called alliums), potatoes and tomatoes (both in the nightshade family), wheat products as a whole, etc.
