Most likely the nausea is from eating too much. Sounds funny yes i know, but try cutting your meals in half. Sitting for 15 minutes than finishing if you still want to. The other reason. Well if I was a psychiatrist, I would say bulemia. But it could be as simple as light irritable bowel, or ulcer.
