Maybe just a little but u can try reducing ur weight by exercising n don't eat food such as junk food, ice cream n food with a lot of sugar, salt n fat. Since I drink hot tea without sugar, my weight decreased. So, Good Luck!

The only way you can reduce your weight is if you burn more calories than you consume. if you want to reduce your weight, try doing more cardio (running, jogging, swimming,) it gets your heart pumping and you will burn calories the fastest. and try going on a lower calorie diet (1,200-1,500 calories per day) Yoga doesn't burn many calories, but it is very relaxing, fun, and great for flexibility.
