I'm assuming you're referring to mouth ulcers.According to my dentist, ulcers are a virus, similar to that of the cold sores & for some reason, when you're stressed, or run-down they seem to appear from nowhere. I get them frequently, making eating a nightmare, but I find the best thing for them is Vegemite (if you can get it in the U.S.), or Marmite, Promite, or something like that. I'm not sure if it's the yeast extract in it or the salt, but it works, better than any cream or potion.
