I have a rotton tooth on the front of its yellow it just look rotton is possible to be Cleaned or removed?

its just one tooth and its yellow inside(IN FRONT<ITS THE BOTTOM TOOTH>) the tooth, is it fixable??

As long as the decay is not into the root & jaw, they can save it, or cap it. If it can't be saved, they can bridge the teeth, put in a post and cap, or implant a new tooth!

You need to replace it with a fake tooth. It's a very easy procedure, just go to your local dentist and ask him to do it for you.

If the discoloration is because of decay then you need to have it treated as soon as possible. If there is no decay or other problems with the tooth other than discoloration then there are ways to fix it. some examples are bonding, a veneer or a crown. See your dentist as soon as possible to discuss your different treatment options.
