Question:
Answers:
The best way is to practice. Take opportunities to give talks when you get them. Reading books about public speaking can give you helpful pointers and some confidence.
One thing you can look into is the Toastmasters, a national club for people to improve their public speaking.

When you wake up in the morning after you dress up for the day, look at yourself in the mirror. If you are pleased with yourself, then you are on the right track. If not, dress up in a way that is acceptable to you. When you are infron of others, act naturally. If you do not know what to say, just stay quiet. If you are asked and question, if you know the answer, reply. If you do not know the answer, say you do not know or you are not sure about it. Do a lot of reading about etiquette, social behavior, and about stories of well known national leaders. They had problems as you do and they were able to overcome them.
everyone has a fear of facing crowds. U just have to tell yourself that you can do it. To me, I just think that if I know my stuff and I am well prepared, then I should have nothing to worry about. I think people are just afraid of what others have to say. You might be low on confidence. Maybe the next time you have to speak in front of a crowd, ask a couple of friends if they like the material you are gonna cover.
